| Leadership to me, is to SET an example for others, as a Leader, you MUST, NOT JUDGE ANYONE, BE THE EXAMPLE, and others will follow. I really try to reach out to people, I LOVE meeting NEW People, and really getting to know them. My Mother, NELLIE, was ALWAYS showing her, gentle hand, and Kind Heart. She was ALWAYS Teaching, and Embracing Life. I'm following her legacy. So Now, I reach out to EVERYONE...Because Mom, Always said, "In order to be a LEADER, for people, You must know, the IMPORTANT Part of LIFE,
is YOU have to know HOW to reach out, to ALL, NO matter WHO They are, Where they have come from because, Even though, they may say, everything is OK, they need YOU, and YOU NEED to Love, Teach, and BE WHO YOU ARE." That is the meaning of Leadership. follow.
That is the EXACT way I am. I'm just ONE person trying to make a difference, and hoping, People will SEE TRUE Loving, Humbleness through me, AN IMAGE, in ALL of my TRUE, HONEST SELF.
