A little about myself...

I am a fun-loving girl with a great personality and I always can be found with a huge smile on my face! I love to help other people-it's my passion. I work with special needs children four hours out of my school day and I absolutely love it. They have taught me the true values in life. I never take life for granted and I live everyday to the fullest! I love to run, work out, do anything outdoors, shop, modeling and pageants, and I have a huge passion for fashion!

Why should you "vote me in" as a BP Magazine finalist?

I feel that I am very deserving of this achievement because I work very hard to accomplish my goals. I was born with a heart condition and have been struggling with it ever since. I have my own organization, which is on myspace, and if I am chosen as a finalist, it would make my dreams come true. This would be a huge step to help young kids with heart problems like myself. I also feel that I would be a great model and role-model!

My definition of Beauty...

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". There is no look to describe the true meaning of beautiful. Everyone is beauiful in their own way. Their insides are even beautiful! I feel that confidence shows true beauty and the way that others treat other people shows evn more beauty!

Who has been your biggest inspiration?

My mother has most definitely been my biggest inspiration in my life! She has taught me to never give up on what I truly want and she has also taught me to never say never. If at first you don't succeed...try, try again!

What are you doing to help the world?

Attitudes are contagious, therefore, if I smile at everyone I come across, I feel I have done my part...A simple smile can make someones day great! I also have my own organization, which is for young people with bad heart conditions like myself! I want to truly help everyone I meet. I also mentor children with special needs and we have both taught eachother so much!

Summarize Leadership

Leadership is the ability to stand up for yourself and to fight for what you believe in. A true leader cannot let others put them down and will not let hurtful words stop them from fighting and winning in their life!
